I am so happy with Dino and his team
“Fantastic job on my website design; well above my expectations. They took my basic rough sketch of concept, added photos and created written content, then formatted it into a beautiful layout. All along the way he communicated regularly and checked in on my needs and reactions. It seemed as though he had a vision of the outcome, even when I didn’t! Whenever I requested changes or edits, he was positive and quick to respond, even when it meant additional scope. I strongly recommend Dino and team, and next project will definitely request their services again”
– Thailand In 2020
A small organization working out of Thailand
Thai 2020 helps underdeveloped communities in Thailand with health issues, education and business. They seek volunteers who want more than a tour or vacation abroad. Their goal is to provide a once-in-a-lifetime experience to travelers by giving them a more meaningful vacation. Thai 2020 provides tours, but they also facilitate projects where travelers can donate their time and effort giving back to those less fortunate. They combine tourism with charity.
Our objective for the website was simple. We were to provide a digital face to the organization so potential volunteers had a place to go for more information, but we wanted to do more. We wanted to get visitors excited about Thailand and encourage them to help out. Therefore, we would need to build a website with powerful images and titles that communicated both the needs of the organization as well as the opportunities and excitement of going abroad.
This project was fairly simple in scope and posed few challenges to the Cabaretti team. The biggest challenge was to create copy that was both compelling and persuasive and to use images the supported the compelling titles and body copy.
We got to work with a wireframe, copy and mockups, and provided the client with our ideas. After approval, we moved forward with design and development to quickly create a website with few revisions. The project went fairly quickly and as seen by the testimonial, the client was extremely satisfied with the work.
Since there wasn’t enough content to warrant building individual pages for each project listed on the website, instead we took the approach of creating a clickable image tile format that displayed a pop up screen with more information when clicked. This made it so users don’t have to leave the page when they want to read more about a particular project or subject.
