• Check, Double Check and Check Again—Before we complete a web design project, it will have undergone not one, not two, but three quality control checks by our designated quality assurance team. The procedures includes everything from code inspection, page load speed and device compatibility to user experience testing and the implementation of over 150 SEO ranking factors.
• Performance Measurement—that is how we know for sure. Each member of our team is certified in data analytics so they can measure the performance of their projects and understand the importance of measuring their work.
• Our Guarantee—We guarantee our projects.
• Continuing Education, Always—Each person in our company, from the Project Manager to the intern, is required to be in a course or training program related to his or her specialty at all times. Go ahead. Ask any of us what we’re currently learning.
• Respect—We respect our team. Our people work hard and often stay late until a task is completed. They make enormous sacrifices to be the best at their craft. Therefore, unless there is a client emergency, we do not call them at home or ask them to come in on off days unless they are absolutely needed.
• Regular Reporting—We provide weekly reports on web design projects, partly to enhance communication with our clients, but also to keep projects moving forward. Nobody wants to submit a progress report to a client showing that nothing has been accomplished that week.
• We Own It—If Be Extraordinary is our motto, then Own It is our creed. This means that we’re accountable for everything we do, from the smallest task to the end product. Each team member understands their job is to find solutions to design challenges.
• Run through the Finish Line—No other web design agency provides hands-on support for 60 days after design completion–at no extra charge. We test, analyze, provide tutorials, consult and make any changes that improve performance.
